From the outset, communication was clear and responsive, and the team took time to understand our client’s needs and circumstances. Throughout the support period, Vivid Care were reliable, professional and genuinely person-centred. The care package was implemented smoothly, and staff were consistent and respectful, helping our client to feel safe and supported. We’ve seen real progress in comfort and wellbeing, particularly with finally being able to sit out in his chair for more than 30 minutes in comfort, and being able to breath. Any issues were addressed quickly and constructively, and the service has been flexible when needs changed. I would happily recommend Vivid Care to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care and excellent coordination.
