Life is already better for my loved one as we can now take her out easily & not be a burden on her nursing home staff. It's only been one week & I can't describe how this one piece of equipment has changed things - David was relaxed, knowledgeable and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Assessor, Ben was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The client for whom the chair was provided is living with a terminal illness and as such getting a suitable chair in place as quick as possible was just as important as getting the right chair. Vivid were fantastic in being able to get the chair to him after ordering in under 2 weeks, both he and his family are so pleased, and it has made an extremely difficult time for them more manageable. This was my first time using Vivid to source specialist seating, I have been so impressed and will definitely being getting in touch re more assessments in future. Thank you!

The Lento Neuro chair is a fantastic development and fills the gap in chair provision for many of the more complex dementia patients. It it immersive, transfer aid and hoist compatible whilst also being one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever tested out. It allows very wriggly and active patients to remain safe and secure without restriction, plus the immersion and comfort reduces much of the sensory seeking behaviours. Absolutely excellent!
