My first phone call was to make an enquiry, Richard answered all of my questions and made an appointment for me to visit and meet with Maxine. I dealt with Maxine throughout my purchase (a riser/recliner chair) and also with another purchase I decided to make (an adjustable electric bed). It was so nice to be made both welcome and appreciated, the help Maxine instinctively gave was most useful and practical, her product knowledge is excellent, and when she didn't have immediate answers, she found them and got them to me in no time. Both products are perfectly suited to my purpose and the delivery driver from Vivid Care, Jordan, was a most polite and pleasant young man for whom nothing was too much trouble. The delivery men from the bed company - Opera Beds - were also excellent with their delivery and installation. I have had one very small problem which was passed by Maxine to Karlyn and yet again, it was handled and resolved in no time at all. The manufacturer was contacted and the reply immediately passed to me, with no fuss at all. At no time did it feel like they were "just doing their job" - nothing was too much trouble. A big THANK YOU is barely enough. These staff, without exception are all a huge credit to Vivid Care. I only wish that this type of service were more widespread.
