What does the money-back guarantee actually cover?

For some of our products, such as our flagship Lento chair range, we offer a 7-day trial period. We can offer this because these chairs are so adjustable that in almost every case, it just works! However, if you can’t get fully comfortable after a fair trial, we will collect it and refund you in full, minus the collection cost. This guarantee is not available on every product, and unfortunately we are not able to offer it for orders outside the UK.

The quality of these chairs is self-evident. My heart was broken because we couldn't identify a chair which accommodated my wife's needs after a stroke.

The company allayed all my fears when I had to elect to return two differently-sized chairs. Maxine's ability to absorb every problem and find a solution was astonishing, as were the staff involved in delivery and return protocols.
