We take care to ensure you are supplied with the right equipment for your needs. With decades of specialist seating knowledge and expertise, our friendly assessors and occupational therapists have the clinical know-how to be able to recommend the right equipment solutions for you. Our assessments can be carried out at your home or place of residence, in our Wetherby showroom, or via video call.

What you can expect:

Once you have booked your assessment using the form on this page, one of our care experts and seating assessors will come visit you with your local Occupational Therapist or carer. With them, your postural needs, pressure care, adjustability requirements, and living arrangements will be discussed alongside your medical background and measurements, to identify the best seating or equipment solution for you. This will take approximately 30 – 60 minutes.
Following this assessment, your seating assessor will put together a quote based on what was identified, and send it to you or your OT/carer.
Once funding has been approved, which we can also assist with if required, the order can be placed and we will have you set up with the right chair or piece of equipment in no time!

During your assessment, they will talk to you about your requirements, preferences and any problems you’re having before making their recommendations.

We have over 50 years experience in the healthcare industry and can provide expert advice:

- We’ve completed multiple training sessions on specialist seating, moving & handling, and other care courses.
- We have access to a wide range of equipment — including bespoke items.
- We can work with healthcare professionals or directly with private individuals — we’ve even got a physiotherapist in-house!
