The internal seat width can be adjusted from 15 to 22 in by loosening the screw knob underneath the chair and pulling out each arm to the desired width.
Remove the arms and use the pull pins to change the armrests from 6 to 9 in height. Arms come off very easily to accommodate side transfers. Screw knob underneath the arms tightens.
Press the plunger to remove the pull pin at the back of the chair, and slide the seat forwards and back with the handle to adjust the seat depth from 13 to 24in
Flip the top cushion upside down to give 4in extra height for taller users.
On the manual version of the Lento Care chair, the lever on right hand side operates the tilt-in-space which distributes body weight more evenly across the chair.

The footrest lever activates the articulating legrest, which is particularly good for clients with oedema or poor circulation.
The left lever on the backrests can be used to adjust the backrest angle to tailor further to patient comfort.
The footrest height can be adjusted from 16 to 24 inches using the pull pins on each side of the legrest.
The angle of footrest can be adjusted using the two screws to accommodate deformities like plantar flexion
The soft pillow headrest provides extra support behind the neck for patients with kyphosis
The soft profiled headrest is more supportive around the nape of the neck, for patients who may lean their head to one side.
Adjusting the Lento Care Chair helps maximise comfort, postural support, and pressure management for each user. By following these simple adjustment steps, carers can quickly tailor the chair to individual needs, improving both safety and wellbeing.
