A safe activity and training chair for rehabilitation exercises, the VELA Activity Chair’s stability benefits from a wheel brake and anti-tip bar providing extra stability even under significant training activity and movement. The  ergonomics of the exercise chair include seat and backrest padding and an adjustable backrest providing the optimum in comfortable training.

Seat, positioning and adjustability

Patients can easily be seated. Armrests and the brake provide the patient with confidence when sitting down. The free-rolling castors allow positioning of the patient at a MOTOmed trainer. Once positioned the wheels are locked for stability.

The Activity Chair is easy to adjust to the individual user providing the right sitting height and back support. The right hip angle for leg exercises is achieved using the adjustable seat tilt.

The seat can be tilted both backward or forward. It features both a handbrake or footbrake to ensures stability. The anti-tip bar provides extra stability and the manual height adjustment offers the ideal height for activities during rehabilitation
