The Signature Low Footboard bed has extensive height range adjustment (all-in-one-height) which allows the client to find their desired height for getting in and out of bed more easily. It can also be raised up to a carers waist level to facilitate nursing and personal care on the bed.

Sit Up In Comfort – Profiling Mattress Platform

The mattress platform is fully profiling. The adjustable backrest enables the user to sit up in the bed comfortably, and the adjustable legrest enables the legs to be lifted up which helps improve circulation, reduces swelling/Oedema in the feet/leg area, and stops fluid retention.

The Signature Profiling bed has been designed to be used with our entire range of mattresses. We have Comfort mattresses with ventilated cool covers or we have a range of Pressure care mattresses depending on the clients requirements.

The main mattress options include:

• Cool Gel Comfort Mattress, our best selling adjustable mattress which is perfect for somebody that is looking for a mattress which provides an unrivalled amount of comfort whilst still retaining a supportive feel.
• Memory Comfort Mattress, an excellent option for somebody that is looking for a mattress which provides postural support and helps alleviate pain in the body whilst sleeping, keeping you comfortable and well supported.
• Serene Pressure Relieving Foam Mattress, a fantastic all-round mattress for somebody wanting comfort combined with pressure relief (available upon request). It has been manufactured out of a special CMHR foam designed to prevent pressure sores.
• ‘Ultimate’ Pressure Care Mattress | Castellated Foam, the ‘Ultimate’ Pressure relieving mattress with a castellated top and a high-density foam to provide comfort but also essential pressure relief to prevent reoccurring pressure sores (available upon request).
• Air Flow Mattress | Impulse Hybrid. An alternating air flow mattress designed for users at the highest risk of pressure sores/ulcers (available upon request). Provide pressure relieving comfort with a combination of foam and air cells that ensure pressure points are always changing, and pressure isn’t applied to one part of the body for a prolonged period of time.
• Bariatric Pressure Relief Foam Mattress, to care for a wide range of bariatric patients (available upon request).  It is filled with a medium to high pressure care management foam.

Easy-to-Use Handset

All of the features on the Signature Low Footboard Profiling Bed are controlled with an easy to use, ergonomically designed handset with curved edges and soft-touch buttons. It has a locking feature to enable you to deactivate all or certain functions if required.

Castors

This bed comes as standard with 4 Braked Twin Castors which means it can be easily moved around in the room which can be great for carers when assisting the client or cleaning around the bed.
