The postural features built into the chair provide head-to-toe 24-hour support, whilst its carefully chosen materials and cushions for complete pressure care make it a universal solution for adults in patient care or at home. Includes tilt-in-space, backrest recline, seat width and depth adjustment, arm height adjustment, footrest movement and leg-rest articulation.
The chair’s unique modular design means component parts can be easily removed and reattached, leaving the base of the chair exposed for cleaning.

- Locking Tilt in Space –The lockable tilt-in-space function can be manually or electrically operated, pivoting the user back in the chair and redistributing their weight more evenly across contact areas.This is beneficial for pressure relief and maintaining skin integrity, as well as offering extra postural support, improved circulation, assisted breathing and swallowing, and much more.
- Backrest Recline –The backrest has independent recline enabling it to be angled for extra repositioning and comfort.
- Articulating Leg Rest –The extendable footrest with gel leg rest wrap provides continual pressure care, alleviating pressure on the legs and providing relief for people with oedema and circulation problems in the lower limbs.
- Angle Adjustable Footplate –The padded footplate is height and angle adjustable, helping to facilitate postural issues in the lower limbs such as windswept feet, swelling or plantar flexion.
- Arm Adjustments –The arm height can be adjusted on the Lento Care Chair, as well as being fully removeable for easier side transfers.

Manual, Single, Or Dual Motor Action
You can choose whether you would like all the chair’s functionality to be electronically controlled by the ergonomic and easy-to-use handset, or otherwise just the tilt-in-space, and/or backrest recline. We can assist you in choosing the right functionality for your needs.- Manual: rise and recline using a lever on the push handle of the chair.
- Single Motor: allows you to control the rise recline movement.
- Dual Motor: allows you to control both the tilt and the backrest recline.
- Dual Motor Tilt-In-Space: allows you to individually control all the chair’s functionalities.
